Sorry, please read the FAQ about group admins.

We really believe that we can best serve the needs of all users of this site by giving as much power as we can to the group admins. We've gone to some effort to make it possible for you to configure your group, so if we don't turn on your mail list (say), it's because we already wrote an interface that enables you to turn it on!

Also, some of the group admin interfaces generate things like passwords and secret keys that we need to supply to scripts that we run to add features to your group. If you just email us instead of using the web form, we have to impersonate you, fill in the form, and then read our own email!

If the interface doesn't work or is not documented well enough for you to use it, then email us and we will add an item to this FAQ.
